Ordering
Please ensure that all your details including your billing and shipping addresses are entered correctly before submitting your order.

Payment
We currently accept credit/debit card payments via Stripe.

Artwork
Due to the inconsistencies of various display monitors, the colours you see on your screen may not be a totally accurate representation of the actual prints. However, all our prints are produced using fully calibrated equipment, ensuring each physical print is a faithful representation of the original artwork.
Please note, prints are supplied un-mounted and should be professionally mounted/framed before hanging.

Shipping
Prints will be sent in postal tubes, shipped either by Royal Mail or via a reputable parcel courier. Unfortunately we are unable to ship outside the UK.
Our prints are produced to order, therefore please allow 28 days for delivery.

Returns
As all our prints are made to order, we generally do not accept returns. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Privacy
When you browse our online shop, the system automatically receives your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to gather information about your browser and operating system.
When you make a purchase from our online shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address and payment information. By ordering from us, you consent for us to use this information for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

Disclosure
We normally do not share your personal information with any third party. However, we may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

Big Cartel
Our online shop is hosted by Big Cartel, LLC. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Your data is stored through Big Cartel’s data storage, databases and the general Big Cartel application. Big Cartel may also share your information with third parties for payment processing and other services. For more information please refer to their Privacy Policy.
